Монография посвящена описанию модификатора иммунного ответа — имихи-мода, выпускаемого под оригинальным названием Aldara* и его генерического аналога, производимого в Российской Федерации под названием Вартоцид. The monograph is devoted to a description of the immune response modifier — imiquimod produced under the trade name Aldara® and its generic counterpart produced in the Russian Federation under the name Wartotsid. We describe the molecular mechanisms of antiviral and anticancer action of the drug and discuss the results of its clinical application in the treatment of human papillomavirus infection and certain malignant skin tumors.
