I want to return the book and get my money back. How can I do it?

Cancellation and Return of Goods
After the customer has placed an order on our website, we purchase the goods from our partners in Russia to fulfill the order. In other words, all goods are special orders for the customer. All goods purchased by us for your order go through customs clearance and are subject to tax when crossing the border of Estonia. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse to refund the customer for the purchased goods if there is no valid reason. Therefore, we ask customers to be careful when making a purchase on our website. The following reasons are not considered valid and explanations of this kind are not accepted: changed my mind, already read it, thought it was a different product, made a mistake in the quantity, ordered it as a gift, and similar reasons. Incorrectly specified phone number (the phone number must correspond to the country where the goods are ordered) and delivery address, which makes it impossible to deliver the goods on time, are also not considered valid reasons for a refund. Valid reasons include:

• Defective goods. In the event of defective goods, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia, the consumer has the right to terminate the purchase contract within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. The customer should keep in mind that all goods are inspected and photographed by us after receiving them from Russia and before packaging them for shipment to the customer. Therefore, intentional damage to the goods should not be made.

• In the event that the goods sent do not correspond to the order.

The return is only possible for unused goods. The product must be in its original packaging, and all factory labels must be retained. The packaging can only be opened if it is impossible to examine the product otherwise.

The right to cancel a sales contract is not available in the case of purchasing custom-made products, audio and video recordings if the packaging was opened and/or the product was activated, and also in the case of purchasing newspapers, magazines, and other periodicals.

If the buyer wants to terminate the sales contract, they must immediately (within 14 calendar days of receiving the product) notify the seller of their desire by emailing info@bookvoed.ee and attaching a photo of the product or packaging.

The seller reserves the right to request additional photographs of the product that is to be returned.

The buyer agrees to bear the costs associated with returning the product, except in cases where the product delivered to the buyer does not match the order.

If the contract is terminated, the product must be returned to the seller immediately (within 30 calendar days). (The product can be returned by mail or brought to any Kniqa24 office.)

In the case of returning the product, the seller provides the buyer with the opportunity to exchange it for another product with a price recalculation.

If the buyer does not want to exchange the product, the seller undertakes to transfer the amount paid for the product back to the buyer's account within 30 days. The refund is made only to the account from which the payment for the product was made.

The buyer acknowledges that in case of abuse of the right to terminate the sales contract, the seller has the right to refuse to serve the buyer.

Additional information: Goods purchased from the "clearance from warehouse" section are not a special order from the customer, and ordinary return rules apply to them. In this case, according to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia, the consumer has the right to terminate the sales contract within 14 days from the receipt of the goods in the following manner:

If the buyer wishes to terminate the sales contract, he/she is obliged to immediately (within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods) notify the seller of his/her intention by e-mail to info@bookvoed.ee. The buyer agrees to bear the costs associated with returning the goods, except in cases where the delivered goods do not correspond to the order. In case of termination of the contract, the goods must be returned to the seller immediately (within 30 calendar days). (The goods can be returned by mail or brought to any bookstore Книга24link.) The seller undertakes to transfer back to the buyer's account the amount paid for the goods within 30 days. The refund is made only to the bank account from which the payment for the goods was made. The buyer accepts the possibility that in case of abuse of the right to terminate the sales contract, the seller has the right to refuse to serve the buyer.
