What is the status of my order at the moment?

We recommend that every customer register on our online store Kniha24 to open a personal account. Due to technical reasons (different mail server settings, etc.), our automated emails about order processing, payment, and status updates may not always reach the recipient, or end up in the spam folder.

If you have a personal account, you can check the status of your order at any time, participate in secure communication through our website, and see the history of your orders.

If our recommendations do not help, and you cannot check the status of your order in your personal account, but you need to do so, please write to us at info@bookvoed.ee. Be sure to provide your order number. If you do not know your order number, provide as much information as possible to help us find your order: order placement date, order value, email, or your name and surname as you indicated when placing the order. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
