What payment method should I choose?

Make sure that the bank specified on our website is suitable for you to make the payment. Note that next to the bank name it is indicated in which country it operates. Several banks with the same name operate in the Baltic countries, but each of them is tied to a specific country. A bank with the same name in another country will not accept your payment, and the order will be canceled.

When the order is confirmed, an invoice will be displayed on the screen. To pay via bank link, click on the corresponding icon. After payment, on the bank page, click on the "return to the seller" button. Only then will your order be correctly reflected in our order database. After payment, you will receive a payment confirmation and an invoice to your email. If you have paid but have not received a notification of receipt of funds, it is usually due to technical reasons (different settings of mail servers, etc.). Our automatic emails about order processing and payment do not always reach the client or end up in spam.

Check your spam folder in your email or log in to your personal account to make sure that the order has been paid. This can be seen in the order status. In the worst case, write to us at info@bookvoed.ee. We will check the payment and respond to you as soon as possible.

When a customer is invoiced, all necessary requisites and taxes are indicated. If the money does not arrive on the supplier's account within 3 business days, the order will be canceled.

Bank transfer

When the order is confirmed, an invoice will be displayed. A copy of the invoice will also be sent to your email, so that you have the opportunity to print out the invoice and pay it at a bank branch or online. When paying online, be sure to indicate the invoice number in the explanation.

PayPal

Quick and easy. Millions of buyers use PayPal for one reason: it's convenient. To make a payment, you only need an email address and password, which is even faster than getting your wallet out. PayPal is one of the easiest ways to pay for an order.

Credit card

This is one of the most widely used payment methods in the world. It is safe and very easy to use. We accept almost all credit cards for payment.

Payment in our office

If none of the payment methods listed above are suitable for you, there is an option to pay for a previously placed order on our website in our office. Payment can be made within three days after placing the order through a bank terminal or in cash in our office.
